Not all walls are suitable. Our magnet mounting holds best on smooth, clean, dry surfaces - painted plasterboard/drywall, sealed plaster, glass, metal or tile. It may not stick to textured or rough walls (Artex, rough plaster, exposed brick, stone or concrete), wallpapered surfaces (the adhesive can lift the paper), or freshly painted walls (let new paint cure for 2–4 weeks). Avoid damp, dusty or greasy surfaces.
