A premium, silver gloss aluminium composite. Your artwork is bonded into a specially coated surface using HD dye-sublimation for vivid, lasting colour.

Every plate has our signature high-gloss finish for maximum colour vibrancy and depth, and comes in five sizes:

• Small - 7.8" x 11.8"
• Medium - 11" x 14"
• Large - 11.7" x 17.7"
• X Large - 17.7" x 23.4"
• XX Large - 23.4" x 35.4"

We print in vivid HD to stay as true to the artwork as possible, but every screen displays colour a little differently, so the finished plate may vary slightly from what you see on your device. The high-gloss metal finish often makes colours look even richer in person.

No - the colour is sublimated into a specially coated aluminium surface rather than printed on top, so it resists fading, moisture and scratching far better than paper or canvas. Your plate is built to stay vivid for years. To keep the colours their best, avoid constant direct sunlight where possible.

Every plate ships with our magnet mounting system. Two magnets will be provided - one for the plate, one for the wall. Stick each to their respective marked out areas, and snap the plate on - no frames, no visible fixings.

Our magnet mounting holds best on smooth, clean, dry surfaces - painted plasterboard/drywall, sealed plaster, glass, metal or tile. It may not stick well to textured or rough walls (Artex, rough plaster, exposed brick, stone or concrete), wallpaper (the adhesive can lift the paper), or freshly painted walls (let new paint cure for 2-4 weeks first).

The adhesive is designed to hold firmly while your plate is up. To remove it, warm the adhesive gently with a hairdryer and peel slowly - this helps avoid marking the wall. On delicate or freshly painted surfaces, it's always worth testing in an inconspicuous spot first.

Simply wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. The surface is scratch and water-resistant, but ensure not to use a lot of pressure to prevent colour coming off.

Upload the best version of the photo you have - straight from the camera or phone rather than a screenshot or something saved from social media, which is usually where quality is lost. The preview on the custom page shows how it will look on the plate.

We review every custom upload before printing and will try to enhance and upscale it first. If it still will not come out well at the size you have chosen, we will get in touch before anything is printed - and you are welcome to message us on WhatsApp to have a file checked beforehand.

Our standard range covers five sizes, from Small up to XX Large. If you need something outside that, email info@platelux.store with your dimensions and we'll let you know what's possible.

Because custom plates are made uniquely for you, they're non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective - in which case, we'll replace them free of charge.

You can return any standard plate within 30 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Just get in touch and we'll arrange it. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense, and must be shipped with tracking.
