Shipping & Returns

We want your PlateLux plates to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Every plate is printed to order. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 48 working hours; custom prints may take a little longer.

Shipping & delivery

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times vary by destination. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders - the threshold is shown at checkout.

Returns

If you're not happy with your plate, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, undamaged condition. Return shipping may apply unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your plate arrives damaged, email a photo to info@platelux.store within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Custom prints

Because custom prints are made specifically for you, they can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
