Product appearance

We work hard to show our artwork and finishes as accurately as possible. Because screens and settings vary, the colours you see on your device may differ slightly from the finished aluminium print. Small variations in colour, tone, and finish are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered defects.

Custom prints

For custom orders, the final result depends on the quality and resolution of the image you provide. Please upload the highest-resolution file available. We are not responsible for print-quality issues caused by low-resolution, blurry, or incorrectly cropped source images.

Mounting & use

Our magnet mounting system is designed for indoor use on suitable wall surfaces. PlateLux is not liable for damage to walls, surfaces, or property resulting from improper installation or use - please follow our mounting guide.
